33 Restrictions on using fish trap area

(1) A person must not, without a permission do any of the following in the fish trap area—

(a) anchor a vessel or aircraft;

(b) damage, excavate or modify cultural resources or inert marine resources in the fish trap area;

(c) remove cultural resources or inert marine resources from the fish trap area.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a traditional owner for the fish trap area.

(3) In this section—

"inert marine resources" see section 32 (2) .
