63 Objects for turtle protection area

The objects to be achieved for the turtle protection area are—

(a) to protect turtles; and

(b) to protect the habitat of turtles; and

(c) to minimise the harm or distress to turtles caused, directly or indirectly, by human activity, including, for example, trawling.
