82 Ending of accreditation by holders

(1) The holders of the accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement may end the accreditation by giving notice to the chief executive before the end of the accreditation period for the agreement.

(2) The accreditation ceases to have effect on—

(a) the day the chief executive receives the notice; or

(b) if the notice states a later day that is before the end of the accreditation period—the later day.
