3 Amendment of s 5 (Prescribed special events)

Section 5 —
insert—

(5) However, during the period starting on 1 January 2023 and ending on 31 December 2024, this section applies as if the reference in subsection (2)(a) to the sixth major concert were a reference to the twelfth major concert.

(6) This subsection and subsection (5) expire on 1 January 2025.
