Minor amendment of approval by chief executive
31 Minor amendment of approval by chief executive
(1) The chief executive may decide to amend an approval, on the chief
executive’s own initiative, if the amendment is only for— (a) a formal or
clerical reason; or
(b) another reason if the chief executive reasonably
believes the amendment will not adversely affect the interests of the approval
holder.
(2) The chief executive must give notice of the following to the
approval holder as soon as practicable after the chief executive decides to
make the amendment— (a) the amendment decided by the chief executive;
(b)
the reason for the amendment;
(c) if the chief executive decides to endorse
the instrument for the approval—that the holder must return the instrument
to the chief executive to be endorsed.
