8 Amendment of sch 12A, s 5 (Applied rulings)

Schedule 12A , section 5 —
omit, insert—

5 Applied rulings The applied rulings for all of the declared public service office’s employees, other than the chief executive officer, are rulings about the following matters—

(a) appeals;

(b) appointing a public service employee to a higher classification level;

(c) casual employment;

(d) discipline;

(e) employment arrangements in the event of a health pandemic;

(f) fixed term temporary employment;

(g) independent medical examinations;

(h) individual employee grievances;

(i) investigations;

(j) positive performance management;

(k) recruitment and selection;

(l) suspension;

(m) workforce profile and work performance information.
