A record about an activity authorised and conducted under a relevant organised event permit must be kept—
(a) in a written document or an electronic record system approved by the chief executive; and
(b) in a secure way at the following place—(i) if the chief executive has given the holder of the permit a written notice stating the place where the record is to be kept—the stated place;(ii) otherwise—at the holder’s residential address or place of business; and
(c) for 2 years after the activity ends.
