If the chief executive decides to grant the exemption to which a fee exemption application relates, the chief executive must give the applicant a written notice stating—
(a) the permit to which it applies; and
(b) if the chief executive has imposed any conditions on the exemption—(i) the conditions; and(ii) the reasons for the conditions.Example of a condition that may be imposed—An exemption from payment of a fee for a permit is granted on the condition that the activities conducted under the permit are conducted for a stated purpose that is consistent with the purpose of this Act, the Marine Parks Act 2004 or the Nature Conservation Act 1992 .
