66 Amendment of sch 3A, pt 2, cl 27 (Meaning of emergency and routine repairs—ss 214 and 215)

Schedule 3A , part 2 , clause 27(2)—
omit, insert—

(2) Also,
"emergency repairs" are works needed for the premises or inclusions to comply with the prescribed minimum housing standards.

(3)
"Routine repairs" are repairs other than emergency repairs.
