Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) A security officer in uniform must not obtain liquor from licensed premises.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if--
(a) the security officer obtains the liquor in a motor vehicle; and
(b) the motor vehicle is not a State Government Protective Security Service motor vehicle; and
(c) the liquor is in a sealed container; and
(d) the security officer leaves the licensed premises immediately after obtaining the liquor.
