Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) Subsection (2) applies to an entry in schedule 1 naming a code of practice and stating that it has been approved as a code of practice by a ministerial instrument stated in the entry.
(2) The entry is notice for the purposes of section 43(2) of the Act that the ministerial instrument stated in the entry approving the code of practice has been made by the Minister.
