Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) Subsection (2) applies if an entry in schedule 1 for a code of practice states that the code of practice has been varied by a ministerial instrument stated in the entry.
(2) The entry is notice for the purposes of section 43(2) of the Act that the ministerial instrument stated in the entry varying the code of practice has been made by the Minister.
