Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) Subsection (2) applies if an entry in schedule 2 for a code of practice states that the code of practice has been revoked by a ministerial instrument stated in the entry.
(2) The entry is notice for the purposes of section 43(2) of the Act that the ministerial instrument stated in the entry revoking the code of practice has been made by the Minister.
(3) The commencement date and revocation date for a code of practice mentioned in schedule 2, columns 3 and 4, are included for information purposes only.
