SURVEYORS REGULATION 2014 No. 183 - SECT 3

For sections 36(2)(c)(ii)(A) and 38(2)(c) of the Act, the following insurance cover is prescribed—

(a) for an individual—professional indemnity insurance for at least $1m;

(b) for a corporation—professional indemnity insurance for at least $1m.
