89 Duty of owners

The owner of a vehicle must not use the vehicle, or permit it to be used, to transport dangerous goods if the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with chapter 4 .4 of the ADG Code.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
