72 Insertion of new s 245A

After section 245 —
insert—

245A Age restrictions for personal mobility device riders A person riding a personal mobility device must be either—

(a) at least 16 years; or

(b) at least 12 years and supervised by an adult while riding the device.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
