97 Amendment of s 301 (Leading an animal while in or on a vehicle)

Section 301 (3) , from ‘The rider’ to ‘the bicycle.’—
omit, insert—
The rider of a bicycle or a personal mobility device must not lead an animal, including by tethering the animal to the bicycle or device.
