VOCATIONAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 1) 2008 No. 81 - SECT 19

Section 30Q(1), from 'to the director'--

omit, insert--

'for a refund of fees for the subject to--

(a) for a subject offered at a TAFE institute--the director of the institute; or

(b) for a subject offered at a statutory TAFE institute--the executive officer of the institute.'.
