VETERINARY SURGEONS REGULATION 2016 - REG 6

6 Calling for nominations

(1) The returning officer must publish a notice inviting veterinary surgeons to nominate a candidate for election to the board.

(2) The notice must—

(a) state a day (the
"nomination day" ) and time (the
"nomination time" ) by which nominations must be given to the returning officer; and

(b) be published—

(i) at least 28 days before the nomination day; and

(ii) in 2 newspapers circulating generally throughout the State.
