Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as MadeA decision made by the chief executive under chapter 2 of the Act about the allocation or management of water to which this plan applies, other than a decision about a water permit, must be consistent with—
(a) the environmental flow objectives stated in section 23 ; and
(b) the water allocation security objectives stated in section 24 .
