7 Subcatchments and water management areas

(1) The plan area is divided into
"subcatchments" .

(2) Each subcatchment is identified, by a letter, on the map in schedule 2 , part 1 and is named in schedule 2 , part 2 .

(3) A subcatchment may be referred to in this plan by its letter or by its name.

(4) Each subcatchment is a water management area for schedule 4 of the Act , definition
"water management area" , paragraph (b) .

(5) A water management area may be referred to in this plan by the letter or name of its subcatchment.
