South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts197—Variation or revocation of control order
(1) The Minister may
vary or revoke a control order.
(2) A variation to a
control order may make provision for any matter for which a control order may
make provision.
(3) A variation to, or
revocation of, a control order takes effect, and must be notified, in the same
way as a control order.
