South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts268—Evidence of publication of instruments on website
(1) In any legal
proceedings, a certificate issued by the Chief Executive stating that a
notice, order, direction, declaration or other instrument was published on the
Department website on a particular date—
(a) is
admissible in those legal proceedings; and
(b)
constitutes proof of the matters stated in the certificate in the absence of
proof to the contrary.
(2) For the purposes
of this section, a document purporting to be a certificate of the
Chief Executive issued under this section is to be taken to be such a
certificate in the absence of proof to the contrary.
