10—Proceedings at meetings of the Board
(1) Meetings of
the Board will be chaired by the presiding officer and, in the absence of the
presiding officer, by a person chosen from amongst their own number by the
members present.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), the Board may act notwithstanding vacancies in its
membership.
(3) Four members of
the Board constitute a quorum of the Board.
(4) A decision carried
by at least four members of the Board at a meeting of the Board is a decision
of the Board.
(5) Each member of
the Board present at a meeting is entitled to one vote on any matter arising
for decision at that meeting.
(6) The Board must
have accurate minutes kept of its proceedings at meetings.
(7) Subject to this
Act, the business of the Board will be conducted in a manner determined by
the Board.
