(1) The Board may,
with the approval of the Minister and the Treasurer, lend money from the Fund
to an industrial organisation for the purpose of establishing or operating a
group training scheme for the construction industry approved by the Industrial
and Commercial Training Commission.
(2) A loan under
subsection (1) will be subject to such terms and conditions as the
Minister and the Treasurer think appropriate and may be free of interest.
