South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may,
by instrument in writing, appoint any person to be a forest warden under this
Act.
(2) A forest warden
will be appointed for such term as may be specified in the instrument of
appointment.
(3) The Minister may,
in the instrument of appointment, authorise the forest warden to exercise
powers in respect of the whole, or any specified portion, of the State.
(4) Where the
authority of a forest warden is limited by the instrument of appointment to
any specified portion of the State, the powers conferred on him or her are
exercisable only within that portion of the State.
