(1) A person must not,
without the approval of the Commission or the Chief Officer of SACFS, be a
member of a fire brigade in the country that is not an SACFS organisation.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
(2) In this
section—
"fire brigade" means a group of people equipped to deal with fires on behalf
of a local community.
