FAIR WORK ACT 1994 - SECT 123

123—Registration confers incorporation

On registration of an association under this Part, the association becomes a body corporate—

            (a)         with the name stated in its rules; and

            (b)         with power to acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of real and personal property; and

            (c)         with the other powers stated in its rules.
