South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister must
chair meetings of the Consultative Council.
(2) A quorum of the
Consultative Council consists of 8 members of whom—
(a) 1
must be the Minister; and
(b) at
least 3 must be members appointed to represent the interests of employers; and
(c) at
least 3 must be members appointed to represent the interests of employees.
(3) A telephone or
video conference between members of the Consultative Council constituted in
accordance with procedures determined by the Consultative Council will, for
the purposes of this section, be taken to be a meeting of the
Consultative Council at which the participating members are present.
(4) The
Consultative Council must cause an accurate record to be kept of its
proceedings.
(5) Subject to this
Act, the proceedings of the Consultative Council will be conducted in a manner
determined by the Consultative Council.
