South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts44—Penalty for taking down rails or opening gates, to let cattle into or
out of enclosed land
Any person who unlawfully removes or takes down any fence, rail, or
slip-panel, or opens any gate, for the purpose of allowing cattle to trespass
upon or escape from any enclosed land, shall be liable to a penalty not
exceeding eighty dollars, or to imprisonment for any period not exceeding
three months.
