South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts19—Contribution by Municipal Tramways Trust
(1) The Municipal
Tramways Trust shall, on the first day of May in every year after the
completion of the works, pay to the Treasurer a sum of five hundred dollars.
(2) Every such payment
shall be paid into the Metropolitan Drainage Maintenance Fund.
(3) The liability of
the Municipal Tramways Trust under this section shall cease when the Municipal
Tramways Trust ceases to operate any transport service between Torrensville
and Henley Beach, and in that event, the amount of two hundred and fifty
dollars required to be deducted from the amounts payable pursuant to
subsections (2) and (3) of section 8 shall cease to be so deducted.
