(1) There will be a
position of Chief Psychiatrist.
(2) The Governor may
appoint a senior psychiatrist to the position of Chief Psychiatrist.
(3) The terms and
conditions of appointment to the position of Chief Psychiatrist will be as
determined by the Governor.
