South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations15—Sale of certain poisons (section 16 of Act)
(1) Section 16 of
the Act applies to all S7 poisons.
(2) For the purposes
of section 16(4) of the Act, a person who sells S7 poisons must keep
records of such matters as are specified in Part 2 Section 56(1) of the
Uniform Poisons Standard.
