26—Services provided by corporations
(1) A community
corporation may, pursuant to section 143 of the Act, provide to the owner
or occupier of a lot any kind of service that relates to the ownership or
occupation of the lot.
(2) The provision of a
service under subregulation (1) is subject to the following restrictions:
(a) a
service must not be provided to a person who has not agreed with the
corporation to accept the service;
(b) the
cost of the service must be paid for by the persons who have agreed to accept
it and must not be subsidised by the corporation.
