PROHIBITION OF HUMAN CLONING ACT 2003 (NO 17 OF 2003) - SECT 16

16—Offence—creating a chimeric or hybrid embryo

        (1)         A person commits an offence if the person intentionally creates a chimeric embryo.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years.

        (2)         A person commits an offence if the person intentionally creates a hybrid embryo.

Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years.
