South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts99—Registrars may exercise jurisdiction in certain cases
The registrar or a deputy registrar may—
(a)
exercise the jurisdiction of the Tribunal under this Act if specifically
authorised to do so by or under this Act; and
(b)
subject to direction by the Presiding Member—exercise the jurisdiction
of the Tribunal under this Act in respect of classes of matters, or in
circumstances, specified by the regulations.
