REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY (CLINICAL PRACTICES) (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO 43 OF 2009) - SECT 12

12—Amendment of section 20—Regulations

        (1)         Section 20(2)(b)—delete "licensees" and substitute:

persons registered under Part 2 of this Act

        (2)         Section 20(2)(c)—delete "$2 000" and substitute:

$10 000

        (3)         Section 20(2)—after paragraph (c) insert:

            (d)         require a person to provide information to the Minister for purposes related to the preparation and maintenance of the donor conception register;

            (e)         confer a discretionary power on the Minister or any other person or body.

        (4)         Section 20(4)—delete subsection (4)
