130—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 3, definition of "Court"—delete the definition

        (2)         Section 3—after the definition of "stormwater drain" insert:

"Tribunal" means the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal established under the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013
