140—Amendment of section 31—Commissioner and proceedings before Tribunal

        (1)         Section 31(1)—delete "Court" and substitute:

Tribunal

        (2)         Section 31—after subsection (2) insert:

        (3)         Subsection (1) applies in addition to section 53 of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013
