STATUTES AMENDMENT (BOARDS AND COMMITTEES--ABOLITION AND REFORM) ACT 2015 (NO 8 OF 2015) - SECT 14

14—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

Section 3—after the definition of "animal" insert:

"animal ethics committee" means—

            (a)         an animal ethics committee established under section 23; or

            (b)         a body approved by the Minister as an animal ethics committee under section 23A;
