STATUTES AMENDMENT (BOARDS AND COMMITTEES--ABOLITION AND REFORM) ACT 2015 (NO 8 OF 2015) - SECT 87

87—Amendment of section 16—Technical advisory committee

Section 16—after its present contents (now to be designated as subsection (1)) insert:

        (2)         The technical advisory committee is the same committee as the committee of that name established under Part 2 Division 4 of the Electricity Act 1996

and has the functions referred to in subsection (1) in addition to its functions under that Division.
