STATUTES AMENDMENT (SOUTH AUSTRALIAN EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL) ACT 2016 (NO 63 OF 2016) - SECT 70

70—Amendment of section 4—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 4(1), definition of "award" (a)—delete "the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia" and substitute:

SAET

        (2)         Section 4(1)—after the definition of "return period" insert:

"SAET" means the South Australian Employment Tribunal established under the South Australian Employment Tribunal Act 2014

        (3)         Section 4(1), definition of "the Tribunal"—delete the definition
