Section 16(3) and (4)—delete subsections (3) and (4) and substitute:
(3) An officer may, within 14 days after receiving notice of a determination under this section (or such longer period as SAET may allow), apply to SAET under Part 3 Division 1 of the South Australian Employment Tribunal Act 2014
for a review of the determination.
(4) In addition to section 30 of the South Australian Employment Tribunal Act 2014
, SAET may, at any stage of proceedings for the review of a determination that has taken effect under this section, revoke the determination and order that the officer be reinstated in the teaching service.
