(1) Section
63(1)—delete "a registered agent" wherever occurring and substitute in
each case:

63(2)—delete subsection (2) and substitute:
(2) For the purposes
of subsection (1), a person's address for service is the address of which
the Commissioner has been last notified in writing by the person as the
person's address for service.
