STATUTES AMENDMENT (LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS) ACT 2005 (NO 35 OF 2005) - SECT 30

30—Amendment of section 16—Entitlement to vote

Section 16(4)—delete subsection (4) and substitute:

        (4)         A natural person is not entitled to vote under subsection (2) or (3) unless he or she is of or above the age of majority.
