STATUTES AMENDMENT (DIRECTORS' LIABILITY) ACT 2013 (NO 16 OF 2013) - SECT 56

56—Amendment of section 40—Protection and facilitation of systems

Section 40(8), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

Expiation fee: $750.
