58—Amendment of section 63—Unauthorised use of water

Section 63, penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;

            (b)         in the case of a natural person—$20 000.

Expiation fee: $750.
