        (1)         Section 13A(1a)—delete subsection (1a)

        (2)         Section 13A(6)—delete "subsection (1)" and substitute:

        (3)         Section 13A(6a)—delete subsection (6a)

        (4)         Section 13A(9)—delete subsection (9)
