STATUTES AMENDMENT (DOMESTIC PARTNERS) ACT 2006 (NO 43 OF 2006) - SECT 50

50—Amendment of section 66—Damages where injured spouse or domestic partner participated in business

        (1)         Section 66(1)—delete "a husband and wife are engaged" and substitute:

spouses or domestic partners are jointly engaged

        (2)         Section 66(1)—after "spouse" wherever occurring insert in each case:

or domestic partner (as the case may be)

        (3)         Section 66(2), definition of "injury"—delete "the death of a spouse" and substitute:

death
