82—Amendment of section 37—Administrator of strata corporation's affairs

        (1)         Section 37—before subsection (1) insert:

        (a1)         In this section—

"relevant court" means the Court or the Magistrates Court.

        (2)         Section 37(1)—delete "The Court" and substitute:

A relevant court

        (3)         Section 37(3)—delete "Court" and substitute:

        (4)         Section 37(4)—delete "Court" and substitute:
